One of the town’s main architectural magnets, this Neo-Gothic parish church, dating from 1898, is, even at first glance, remarkable. Its distinctive red colour comes from building materials from local brickworks.
At that time, ceramic works supplied more than 200 different types of bricks, tiles or glazed roofing for the building. At the top of the 50-metre high building, you will notice the domes topped with a crown-shaped lantern.
